1. I consent to Home - Land & Investments processing and storing personal data such as first name, surname, address, telephone number and email address. This is done for the purpose of providing evidence and / or brokering the conclusion of a rental agreement or a purchase agreement or for the valuation of developed and undeveloped land. This data will be transmitted in whole or in part to third parties - I have read the associated information below on data protection and the information and transparency obligation.

2. I know that I can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. A written declaration of the revocation of the declaration of consent to Home - Land & Investments, Walnussallee 7, 77656 Offenburg or by email to mail@hli.de is sufficient for revocation.

Notes on data protection:

In principle, you can visit our offer without providing us with personal data.

If you use one of our contact forms, personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) will be collected. As far as possible, this is always done on a voluntary basis.

The fields that we have marked for you are so-called mandatory data. Without this data we cannot process your inquiry / your request / your real estate offer.

What data do we collect?

If you decide to request a property synopsis for buying / renting a property, we save the title, first and last name, address, telephone number and email address of the prospective buyer or tenant. This is done on the legal basis of Art. 6, Paragraph 1b of the GDPR.

If you entrust us with a search order for the purchase / rental of a property, we save the salutation, first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address of the prospective buyer or tenant as well as the details of your search profile (e.g. size, location Price of the property sought). This is done on the legal basis of Art. 6, Paragraph 1 a of the GDPR. You can cancel this search request at any time.

If you would like to rent a property after viewing, we collect a self-assessment with approved and relevant information about you as a future tenant for presentation to the landlord. If you and the owner then want to conclude the rental agreement, we will pass on your data to Creditreform after you have given your prior consent to check the creditworthiness. You can find out more about this in the information and transparency requirements attached below.

If you want to buy a property, we collect further data such as date of birth, tax identification number and property status for the preparation of the notarial purchase contract. We forward this data to the notary for drawing up the notarial purchase contract.

Furthermore, within the framework of the Money Laundering Act, we are required to make a copy of your identity card and keep it for 5 years.

If you instruct us to contact us for the sale / rental of a property or for advice or valuation of real estate, we will save the title, first and last name, address, telephone number and email address and all specified property data. If you would like to be contacted about financing via our financing expert Mr. Belov, we will pass on the title, first and last name and telephone number to Mr. Belov - but of course only at your express request and with prior consent.

We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

The data is collected for the purpose of providing evidence and / or mediating the conclusion of a purchase or rental contract for a property or for the valuation of property. This happens on the legal basis of the brokerage contract §652 BGB and / or Art. 6, Paragraph 1b GDPR

Recipient of the data

For prospective tenants: Your data will be transmitted in whole or in part to the landlord.

For landlords: Your data will be transmitted in whole or in part to the prospective tenant, energy service provider (for the creation of an energy ID).

For prospective buyers: Your data will be transmitted in whole or in part to sellers, notaries, financiers.

For sellers: Your data will be transmitted in whole or in part to the prospective buyer, notary, energy service provider (for the creation of an energy certificate), financier, other brokerage companies for processing in the joint business.

Duration of storage

The data will be stored, supplemented or updated for as long as required by the purpose for which the personal data is being collected and which is requested by you, unless otherwise stipulated by law, such as retention obligations under the Money Laundering Act (5 years), commercial law ( 6 years) or tax law (10 years).

Right to information

You have the right to request information about your stored data at any time.

Right to correct or delete the data

In the event that this data is stored incorrectly or incompletely, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted.

Right to restriction of processing

You may request the restriction of processing if you dispute the accuracy of the data collected, the processing is unlawful or the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled.
